| We used Jeff for a long overdue kitchen remodel. Not the biggest kitchen but with termite damage repair, a wall coming out and dealing with some of the consequences of the previous owner's do-it-yourself work it wasn't a small job either. From day one we were impressed. He handled everything with permits and inspections without any headaches required on our end, his crews had multiple jobs going on but he was on site personally every day there was any significant work going on making sure everything was right and staying on schedule and getting in next to his crews and getting hands on himself. Everyone he sent over was professional and polite. We were kept consistently updated on any new developments (termite damage was more extensive than we thought once one of the walls opened up) and consulted on how to proceed if anything needed to be adjusted. He made sure we knew what aspects of the job needed to be scheduled in advance with other parties (counter top suppliers, etc...) to avoid delays. He would drop by on a moments notice if we had any questions and concerns and he wasn't already on site. Almost every day Jeff was there once his crews finished making sure everything was cleaned up and in order, the only delays in the job were due to some other subcontractors we had to work with because we were getting Ikea cabinets (which Jeff foresaw and warned us was likely in advance). A clear accounting of expenses was maintained, all work was done precisely and with attention to detail, and everything is looking great. We'll probably have some other major project to tackle at some point in the future and he'll be getting another call when we do. ~Grant C. - Fremont, CA |

| I hired Jeff Gomes, owner of Bodhi Tree Construction as contractor to renovate my kitchen after hearing about his great work from a friend.

Time - Jeff committed to an aggressive timeline and stuck to it and made it happen. Work ethic - There is no question that Jeff is the hardest working contractor in the business, he takes pride in getting the job done right and will be there on time every time. Price - Bodhi Tree Construction's rates are very affordable but the real value is in the final results. The New Kitchen We are now settled in to our newly remodeled kitchen and are extremely happy with the results. | Our long anticipated kitchen remodel.... Finished. The Bodhi Tree Construction team got it done and we love it. We chose Bodhi Tree Construction for several reasons. We liked the personable and positive approach of owner and general contractor Jeff Gomes. His enthusiasm and can-do attitude impressed us. He asked good questions, ones we hadn't thought of, and ones that appeared to show attention to planning and detail. He listened to our questions and responsed in a helpful, honest manner. We liked the pictures of his previous work on the Yelp! page. Although Jeff's was not the least expensive estimate from the bids we received, it fit our budget. The construction process---demolition, plumbing and electrical lay-out, drywall installation with mudding, texturing, and painting, pre-ordered cabinet and granite countertop installations, floor and wall ceramic tiling, and new appliance hook-up---all went relatively smoothly. The biggest construction challenge appeared to be the existing out-of-squareness and imperfect levelness of the walls, floor, and ceilings in our 40-year-old residence. This is where Jeff's commitment to quality work resulted in a new kitchen we are really satisfied with. Jeff didn't "cut corners"; he took the extra steps to address creatively and competently the less-than-ideal conditions. Finally, I will mention a quality which my wife and I totally appreciated: Jeff's habit of keeping us apprised of the job, its schedule, its problems, and its progress throughout the process. He kept us as involved as we wanted to be. A kitchen remodel is a major home improvement project. The job is complex with materials selection, ordering, permitting, scheduling, task coordination, quality assurance and final review. I have a fabulous kitchen thanks to Jeff who is a very personable guy. He listens to you, have a great artistic sense and is very accommodating. The owner of this company, Jeff, did an amazing job with my kitchen. He took it from ghetto to modern in a short about of time. I still am in awe when I walk into my kitchen. It looks like something out of HGTV, seriously. |

I am very satisfied with the work that Jeff did for me concerning my rental property. He remodeled a severely water damaged bathroom. I was so confident in his work ethic and long time experience, that I didn't need to go to the property while the work was being done! This was very important to me because the job was 75 miles from my home. I never felt the normal stress of a construction project. |
